shonar shonja

my obsession with the canines and shonja (you might remember her from an earlier image... staring up... what's the adverb.... wistfully?) in particular, deepens, darkens, mystifies. i'm asking me strange things. am i a dog? profound question. am i a happy dog? profounder question.

fact of the matter is, i'm finding a whole lot more meaning in the much abused phrase - unconditional love. dogs. refrigerators. wind chimes. wall hangings. cats. door knobs. carpets. the inanimate and the mute. i've stepped into a bizarre world. a man with a lot of affection to dispense with (and now for the familiar gripe - and nobody to shower it on), is bound to start looking at the things around him. are these symptoms of some advanced neurosis? profoundest question.

I have a tendency to develop profound connections with silent things too. Bono, earrings, walls, ashtrays...i've spent sleepless nights obsessing about them.Don't know if it's normal, but atleast you're not alone.
awesome pictures as usual, it's true im just partial to doggy snaps.

For me its my CDs, posters and the stars on my ceiling. Many a conversation has been exchanged with these aspects of my life. And Duende, worry not. The one worthy of your affections will glide into your life when you least expect it. You're one of the most awesome people I know. It's just a matter of time. Anyway, enough sentiness. PEACE!

It's funny sometimes...how we let ourselves get bound to objects of desire whole heartedly...most of them SILENT even though unspeaking of things we want to hear..
The truth is that everything begins with the very silence we tend to neglect and maybe take for granted!!!..
So are we really alone?...
And if these "dear material silent objects of desire" have to fade and perish with time, will they remain a strong memory?..Well i think they do...
Reminds me of past relationships with my dogs, objects and humans..
Maybe one more cliche can be added to this...
Silence speaks Volumes!!!!
